7-day money-back guarantee

IPTV World Cup offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on every new World Cup 2026 Canada Pass. If you cannot get the service to work on your device within the first 7 days of activation, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, we will refund your pass in full. The bonus apps (IBO Player Pro and HOT IPTV, free for 1 year) remain yours regardless of refund.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed via WhatsApp. Message us at +1 (559) 482-6660 with:

• The email or WhatsApp number used at signup
• A short description of the issue
• The device, IPTV app, and internet speed you tested with

We respond to refund requests within 4 hours during business hours, and within 24 hours otherwise.

What is covered

• Stream that fails to start despite a working internet connection
• Persistent buffering not caused by your network
• Channels listed as included that do not appear in your subscription
• Credentials we sent that do not work in any supported IPTV app

What is not covered

• Requests made more than 7 days after activation
• Buffering caused by an internet connection below 5 Mbps
• Devices not on our supported list
• Renewals (only first-time subscriptions are eligible)
• Issues caused by a VPN, firewall, or ISP throttling — please disable and retest first

Want to test the service before paying the full pass? Message us on WhatsApp and ask about a short trial. We can usually set up a brief preview so you can confirm everything works on your device before you complete the order.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on the processor (cards, PayPal, e-Transfer, crypto). Crypto refunds are sent to the original sending wallet unless you specify otherwise.
