Information we collect
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your phone number / email, your messages, and any information you choose to share (preferred plan, payment method, country). When you subscribe, we additionally receive payment-processor metadata (last 4 digits, payment status) — we do not store full card numbers.
Information we don't collect
- We do not require a legal name to subscribe
- We do not store full payment card numbers or CVV codes
- We do not track which channels or matches you watch
- We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers
How we use your information
- To deliver your IPTV credentials and provide support
- To process payments and refunds
- To send service-related messages (renewals, downtime notices)
- To improve the service and respond to feedback
Cookies and analytics
iptvworldcup.ca uses privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) to understand traffic patterns. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifying information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Data retention
Subscription records are kept for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months for tax and compliance purposes. WhatsApp conversations are retained for support history. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@iptvworldcup.ca.
Your rights
If you are a resident of Canada, the EU, the UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@iptvworldcup.ca.
