DMCA Policy

Respect for copyright

IPTV World Cup respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998 (United States) and equivalent legislation in Canada (Copyright Modernization Act) and the European Union, we respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

Filing a DMCA notice

If you are a rights holder (or authorized agent) and believe that content accessible through the service infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to support@iptvworldcup.ca with the subject line "DMCA Takedown". Your notice must include:

A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or their authorized agent
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (channel name, stream URL or identifier, timestamp)
Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder

Response timeline

We aim to acknowledge receipt of valid DMCA notices within 48 hours and to act on them within 7 business days. Action may include removing the identified content from our channel listings or instructing our upstream provider to do the same.

Counter-notices

If you are a subscriber and believe content was wrongly removed in response to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice to support@iptvworldcup.ca following 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat infringers

IPTV World Cup terminates the accounts of subscribers determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Designated agent
